• Items should be sent in courier boxes/cartons to ensure that orginal packaging remains intact. Products received in damaged boxes (Footwear) will not be accepted by our quality assurance team for refund.
• Postage incurred by returning the item (s) to us will not be refunded/adjusted.
• Products sold on sale/discount/promotions are non-exchangeble and non-refundeable.Only full price items are exchnageable and refundeable.
* Accessories, shoe laces , caps , bags ,bottle(s), cosmetics , personal use products & undergarments will not be exhanged / refunded.
• Our Products are free from any manufacturing or workmanship defect. However, in case of any quality issue, please contact our Customer Service team via email or watspp +92-309-4443343 within 48 hours of receiving product.
• Product exchanges & refunds will be entertained on the current system price e.g. if a product is offered on promotion within 14 days of sale, the exchange / refund will be processed on the current discounted / promotional price or system price.
• Refunds will take 15 working days from the date of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Cash amount will be transfered to your bank account only; Credit / Debit Card refunds will be transfered to the cardholder‘s account.
